EZ Whitewater Rafting in the Poconos is perfect for families and first timers and combines the excitement of Whitewater rapids with the swimming and splashing of our Summer Rafting trip. It begins at Glen Onoko in Jim Thorpe, Pa in the Lehigh Gorge State Park and winds its way down an 11 mile section of the Lehigh River. This section of the river is available on all scheduled dam release dates, Spring and Fall, and is a great option for families with children who want the excitement of Whitewater but aren’t quite ready for the Class III Trip. Our EZ Whitewater Rafting trip takes on average about 4 hours. With class I and II rapids including Deaton’s Demise, Canaries and Last Chance.
