This 2-day assessment is designed for paddlers ready to qualify as a Paddlesport Leader, focusing on leading a mixed fleet (kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards) in sheltered water and slow-moving rivers. The assessment evaluates your ability to manage and lead groups safely, applying risk assessment, decision-making, and leadership techniques in real-world conditions.
Candidates will be tested on their technical paddling skills, leadership abilities, and group management to ensure they meet the required standard to lead paddlesports activities confidently.
