Vestkapp Guided Bus Tour from Måløy
Join us for a scenic and memorable guided bus tour from Måløy to Vestkapp, the westernmost point on the Norwegian mainland!
We start the journey by following the beautiful Fv. 618 coastal road, passing through charming fishing villages and dramatic coastal scenery on our way to Vestkapp. Along the route, our local guide will share stories about life on the rugged Stad peninsula, local traditions, and the forces of nature that have shaped this unique landscape.
After about 2 hours of driving, we arrive at Vestkapp Plateau (497 m a.s.l.), where the North Sea meets the steep cliffs of Stad. Here, you’ll have 30 minutes to explore, take in the breathtaking 360° views, and capture photos from one of Norway’s most iconic viewpoints. On clear days, you can see all the way to Ålesund in the north and Bremangerlandet in the south.
On the return journey, we make a 30-minute stop in Selje, a peaceful coastal village known for its idyllic Seljesanden Beach – one of Norway’s most beautiful sandy beaches. Here you’ll have time for a short walk, take photos, or enjoy a break at the harbor area. There are also toilet facilities available during this stop.
After the visit in Selje, we continue back to Måløy along the same scenic route.
