Departing from Måløy, we set course northward, gliding past the beautiful island of Husevågøy.

From the sea, you’ll enjoy exceptional views of its rugged coastline, steep cliffs, and picturesque settlements.

We continue toward the narrow passage of Skatestraumen, a striking stretch of water known for its tidal currents and scenic surroundings. As we cruise through, your guide will share stories about local history, coastal culture, and life along these waters.

The journey then opens up toward one of Norway’s most iconic landmarks: Hornelen, Europe’s tallest sea cliff. Rising dramatically 860 meters straight up from the fjord, Hornelen is a breathtaking sight from the water and the true highlight of this tour. Be sure to keep your camera ready—this is a view you’ll never forget.

On the return leg, we pass the charming village of Rugsund, a traditional trading post with historic buildings and idyllic coastal scenery. From here, we make our way back toward Måløy, giving you more time to enjoy the fresh sea air and panoramic views.
