The Experience

Do I need prior ziplining experience?

Not at all! Our professional guides provide a comprehensive safety briefing and hands-on training session before you ever leave the ground. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, we’ll ensure you feel confident and secure.

How long does the tour take?

A typical Pura Vida adventure lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This includes your gear-up time, safety orientation, the full circuit of 12 cables, and a short jungle hike between platforms to soak in the scenery.

What if I’m afraid of heights?

Many of our guests share this concern! Our guides are specialized in supportive coaching. We use a dual-cable safety system, and our platforms are designed to feel incredibly stable. You’re always clipped in, and we go at a pace that makes you feel comfortable.

Rules & Requirements

What is the minimum age for Zip-lining

For safety and harness-fit reasons, the minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no maximum age—as long as you’re healthy and ready for adventure!

What should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes (like sneakers or hiking boots) are mandatory. We recommend comfortable, athletic clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dusty. Long shorts or leggings are best to prevent harness chafing. Avoid loose jewelry or scarves.

Is zip-lining safe?

Safety is our absolute priority. We use world-class Petzl and Black Diamond equipment, all cables are double-lined, and our course undergoes daily inspections. Our guides are ACCT certified and undergo rigorous rescue training twice a year.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
